Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for responsible, permission-based email warmup and controlled sending.
Acceptable Use
Inbox Warmup is for responsible, permission-based email infrastructure preparation. It must not be used for spam, deceptive content, credential theft, malware, illegal activity or attempts to evade provider rules.
Not allowed
- Purchased, scraped or non-consenting recipient lists.
- Misleading identity, fake sender details or impersonation.
- Phishing, malware, scams or illegal offers.
- Attempts to bypass rate limits, blocks or compliance controls.
- High-complaint campaigns or deceptive content.
Required behaviour
- Use valid authentication and truthful sender identities.
- Respect account-wide hourly and monthly plan limits.
- Stop sending when complaints, bounces or provider errors rise.
- Use warmup as preparation, not as a way to hide abusive sending.
Accounts may be suspended or limited if activity risks the service, mail providers, recipients or other customers.
