Clear, responsible service termsThese pages are written for Inbox Warmup’s actual paid-plan, credit, infrastructure, and support model.
1. Agreement and operator
Inbox Warmup is operated by Blueberry Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Unit No. 304, South City Business Park, 770 Anandpur, Kolkata 700107, West Bengal, India. These Terms form a binding agreement between the customer or authorized user and the operator. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement.
2. The service
Inbox Warmup provides tools for SMTP connection testing, domain authentication guidance, controlled warm-up activity, reputation monitoring, mailbox and reply processing, campaigns, usage controls, and related administrative features. Features may change as the platform improves. The service does not provide recipient databases and does not guarantee inbox placement, deliverability, opens, replies, sales, reputation recovery, or compatibility with every provider.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may connect only domains, SMTP servers, mailboxes, and systems that you own or are authorized to manage. Account administrators are responsible for team users and their actions.
5. Plans, credits, and limits
Public subscription plans are Launch ($39 per month), Growth ($99 per month), and Professional ($199 per month). Agency arrangements are custom. Eligible new customers authorize the selected recurring subscription before access begins and receive a 7-day free demo with 100 credits. Unless cancelled before the displayed demo end date, the first monthly charge is attempted after day 7 and the selected plan then renews automatically each month. All public plans allow unlimited authenticated domains, but remain subject to plan credits, hourly speed, fair use, technical capacity, and abuse prevention. One credit is deducted when an outgoing email is accepted by the configured SMTP server. Monthly credits reset after each verified renewal and do not roll over. Hourly limits apply across the entire account, including every domain, SMTP connection, campaign, browser session, and sending worker.
6. Billing, renewal, and taxes
A payment method or PayPal billing agreement must be authorized to start the 7-day demo. No plan price is charged for the demo period, although a payment provider may perform its own authorization or verification step. The first monthly plan charge is scheduled after the demo ends. Subscriptions then renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel from Billing before the displayed next charge date; cancellation stops future charges but does not normally reverse a charge that has already completed. Razorpay may be used for Indian payments and PayPal for international payments. Payment processors may apply their own terms. Prices may exclude applicable taxes, duties, or currency-conversion fees unless checkout says otherwise. We may change future pricing with advance notice; changes do not retroactively alter an already-paid billing period.
7. Responsible use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable privacy and anti-spam laws, recipient-consent requirements, and provider rules. You are responsible for content, recipient lists, suppression lists, consent records, sender identities, DNS settings, and compliance. Warm-up tools must not be used to disguise abusive activity or evade provider enforcement.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend an account when required to protect the service, providers, recipients, other users, or our legal interests, including for non-payment, abuse, compromised credentials, excessive complaints or bounces, unlawful conduct, or policy violations. You may cancel through the dashboard or support. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not normally reverse the current paid period.
9. Customer data and credentials
You retain ownership of your content and account data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, back up, and display that data to provide the service. SMTP and mailbox credentials must be handled as confidential information and should be encrypted and access-controlled. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
Inbox Warmup, its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. No ownership is transferred to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform except where applicable law expressly allows it.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and specific deliverability outcomes. Mailbox providers, networks, DNS services, and third-party integrations are outside our control.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inbox Warmup and the operator will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, loss of data, reputation, campaigns, revenue, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute-resolution requirements, courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal will have jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
